At Beard Surgeon, we value your satisfaction with our products. If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we want to provide you with a clear understanding of our return policy:

In accordance with EU law, you have the right to return any product within 14 days from the date of purchase.

For a full refund, the returned product must be in its original condition, which means it must be in a resalable state.

Please note that opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. We are unable to make exceptions in this regard.

It's important to be aware that any original shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, Beard Surgeon does not cover handling charges or return shipping costs.
